I need a break from watching justice league so I’m picking this up. Please be good.

I got this without checking goodreads and just found out I had it on my 'nope' shelf...oh well. I can already see why I put this on that shelf but now I'm going to stick around and see if at least the smut is fun.

"“It isn’t just about fucking. Your focus needs to be on them and their pleasure. Their trust and consent your greatest treasure, but you have to earn it. You let them know you care and you want nothing but to take care of them.”." That is so NOT the way Liv went about getting Fielding. Sounds nice though.

"They're crazy but they're perfectly safe." I don't know what that means.

It's a little tough keeping track of who's talking. Instead of using all these "he's" maybe names should have been used.

Ai yai yai! We go from a meet and greet to sir/boy to Daddy before Livingston and Fielding have a real conversation. Looking forward to when that finally happens!

Just.. not really my cup of tea. The general plot sounded nice enough and I liked the idea behind the main char Liv but the writing.. it felt all jumbled and a bit confused and I struggled with keeping track.

// Livingstone is calling his client "baby" now?!!? They barely spoke ANY words to one another and ... listen, am I being Punk'd?!!? I'm being Punk'd, right?!!? I thought that show was cancelled, but whatever!! It's either that or I'm sleep-reading and don't recall a MASSIVE chunk of what must have happened to get us to this point between these two!!

More importantly, HOOOW did this book get so many high ratings??!!

1. How the fuck is Fielding "coming to love" where he's been staying when NOTHING FUCKING HAPPENED YET?!!? Am I missing pages, POVs, and chapters here, or what?!!?

2. Who the hell does Liv think he is, bossing his "boy" around like the Dom that he apparently is, when NOTHING has even happened between these two yet, and by nothing, I mean NOTHING; zilch, zip, nada!!

This book is WIERD!!!

1. Why on earth does Fielding read like a 10 yr old boy & not the supremely shy 23 yr old that he is!?

2. Who are all these established couples & why wasn't I told that reading a couple of the other series would help me get a better grasp of who's who!?

3. Since #2 escaped my attn, I'll assume it wasn't pertinent info! Why then do I feel like I was dropped into the middle of a running story?! WTF is going on here?!

Never read anything by the author before. The writing isn't very smooth, I struggle with keeping track of who is saying what and everything. Also, I'm not sure if I am a fan of this particular kind of kink.
