So nobody knows what quantum theory really is (and even if we did, we don’t have the language to explain it properly) but it somehow impacts our everyday life and I’m just supposed to be okay with our ignorance??

I take issue with his critique of Many Worlds. I think his criticism that it destroys facts is false. Because many different outcomes happen universally, there are still definite outcomes on your local branch of the wavefunction. I don't think his criticism holds. David Lewis dispensed with some of these objections, as did David Wallace.
