I do have an issue with the author using the term OCD. From what I have read he may be anal retentive, but not compulsive.

Wow, this is an extremely delicate topic, knowing this 'ethical scale' is nowhere near the same between even a small group of people, let alone nations.

I'm re-reading this gem because I'm following the developments in AI and robotics closely. And wow, it's just been a few years since I've read this, but while Shaun's perfect human exterior is nowhere near reality, surprisingly his speech abilities have already been surpassed by real AI products.
