I really enjoy the warfare aspects of this, I love medieval era strategy and the like. I also think its nuts that we're this far into this book and we have literally never seen what other people think of Leah, what she's the god of, etc. Also also, I swing between feeling like an actually awful person for listening to this book to going back to being like, eh, just an antihero. I dislike the evil stuff with people.

Holy shit, please release me from the purgatory that is this book.

Honestly, it’s formulaic at this point. All of the deals follow the same path, all of them start with capturing a girl, it’s the same thing over and over. More variety is desperately needed with more attention given to where the variety could actually be. Valeria is at least a different kink but she gets sidelined and delegated to effectively jokes at her expense. Anything to escape the formula at this point.

Starting to feel a bit long, which is rough considering the book isn't *that* long, but maybe that's just since the novelty has worn off and I listened to it all through a car ride.

Interesting. The concept at the very least is quite compelling and I like books where you have a leader type storyline and obviously the MC is rather Machiavellian which is unique. Not sure if I really like the accent of the red haired girl ‘One’ but such is life
