Dialogue is a little forced and bland and the characters seem pretty identical. The story arc is also a little difficult to follow, just who works for who (but maybe that’s on purpose?). The courtroom storyline is intriguing, though.

Great start- introduces several characters and you aren’t entirely sure who is working with who. There’s an organized crime connection, other shadowy figures, and a doctor frantic to save his wife with cancer. (Book was won on Goodreads giveaway).
