Glossy but appears to be one of about 6 books published in a 2 year period. Loads of information supplied but very little have citations and those that do are often of low quality. In other words as far as the reader knows almost anything could be made up. I am inclined to believe that where testimonies are given the individuals concerned believe what they are saying.
There is a lot of emphasis on the word natural
