For all those who know „Turn the ship around!“, this book seems like a much poorer written adaptation to the hospital context. The book is full of grammatical errors, hardly concealed self-praise of the author and sometimes rightout cheesy. As an example of organizational development in a non-western setting it has its merits, though I would not say it teaches you the essentials of Kanban and Lean.
