FINALLY!!!! New characters. Are these game administrators or gods?

The way this dragon struggles to get up and how it moves makes me think that it is a reborn person as well. I had the suspicion with others monsters and the bonus story confirmed that there are other reborns. So is this dragon a reborn or is this just the way it is drawn here?

Good for her that she happened to learn that illusion magic. This volume is basically a giant fight/grinding scene and true it is a dragon slayer fight, but she has slain so many monsters already that this is a bit hollow here. I think an issue full of exploration would be better.

Usually I would be worried that the dragon could kill her, but she is so powerful by now that this dragon really should not be a problem after being blasted by the giant spider.
