Finished “eggs” and here are a couple fun facts:
- study of eggs is called oology
- Japanese quail eggs can communicate to one another
- largest egg is an ostrich egg with volume as much as 48 chicken eggs
- the classic egg shape is called ovoid

Just finished “nests” and here are a couple facts I learned
- Gyrfalcons often reuse nests. The oldest Gyrfalcon nest is around 2,500 years old
- Edible-nest Swiftlets create nests with their saliva
- Tailorbirds sew their nests but poking holes in leaves and threading with spider silk
- Common eiders are the largest duck species in North America
