Status Updates From Solitude d'un autre genre

Just finished the third chapter and I’m not really enjoying this. I’m basically reading someone’s journal and I find that someone repulsive. In some ways, this is like On Earth We’re Briefly Gorgeous in that it’s chronicling something that’s deeply personal. But the tone is almost flippant and I simply can’t relate to this woman-child at all. She’s no different than the MC in The Girl On the Train!
