Finished chapter 7. Read about different calculations used to determine the dates of the Exodus, Egypt's first dynasty, Babel, and the Flood. Can't wait to start part 2 after I finish this book.

Stopped reading once I reached 'Evidence from the Dead Sea Scrolls." Since it had been a while since I read this book, I started reading from the Introduction. Still a fascinating read learning about the history of the Septuagint or Greek Old Testament.

Read the Foreward, the Preface to the First Edition. the Preface to the Second Edition, and the Introduction. Very fascinating. The way Dr. Douglas explains himself during the Introduction makes me a bit excited to read the rest of the book.
