Status Updates From Body Language: The Ultimate...

Read up on handshakes, lower body, and relationships. Not much to say on handshakes, I’m rarely in scenarios where I do so. The lower body was definitely a more interesting chapter, but I already knew most of the stuff in there. There’s a lot of nuance, with most points emphasizing cultural differences and a general avoidance of focus on one trait. Relationships aren’t really relevant to me, so yeah.

Finished the power poses and eye contact chapter. Most of the stuff in there is pretty easy to figure out. I might try the two minute power pose trick to see if it works…

Not sure how I feel about most of the stuff in here as of late. Very machiavellian language used (e.g., target, aim, objective). But this is a how-to book, so I can’t be surprised.
