Crabb's essay is about empowering men to work flexibly & to take more paid parental leave, because "if men are forced to stay at work, women are forced to stay at home". It's an important issue for both sexes. But lots of female reviewers on Goodreads, despite praising Crabb's central argument, are angry that she doesn't mention the patriarchy. It's gross. They would cut off their noses to spite their face.
