I know setting boundaries and learning to challenge thoughts is easier said than done but the strength that comes with healing is one of the best feelings I’ve ever encountered. When you are lucky enough to have the resources to help you heal, you really do begin to feel more like yourself. The ability to challenge thoughts and talk back to fears and insecurities is like the most you you can feel like.
