Like there's nothing wrong w eating a variety of fruit colours but the idea that the vibrancy has anything to do with nutrient content isn't real

Honestly if you're this concerned about your diet while pregnant maybe talk to a registered dietitian and not this lady bc jfc half of this is actual advice and half of it is disordered eating

Whey protein is not good if you have a milk ALLERGY but if you are lactose intolerant it is literally fine for most people because it doesn't contain the lactose 😭

B. Pretending weight science is real when the majority of it isn't bc the foundation it's build on is fake so even properly set up studies are extremely flawed and dangerous
