Meh. It was subpar to begin with, got super dark and rapey in the middle, and weird and lame towards the end.
Skimmed most of it. This wasn’t great. Not a keeper.
Not enough good moments to make me want to keep it.

Don’t like books that make me feel like I’ve missed reading the prequel because it seems to start in the middle of a story. I’m not sure how I like this writing style. I’m assuming December is in heat, but doesn’t know what that is. I’m just confused what’s going on and it’s too early in the story to be this confused
