dystopian world, or kakotopian area? hard to say... it's short. too short to really build a world or get deep into the sociopolitics or socioeconomics. it might work better as the introduction to a larger storyline, but as is it just feels very rapid-fire setting/problem/struggle/solution, like a 20 minute not-so-funny sitcom.
