I bought this a few months ago based on the title and just remembered I wanted to read it with 8 days to go before we hit one year of marriage — oops! The first chapter already moved me to tears, I'm so excited to read!

I am always somewhat irritated with project memoirs or immersion journalism, but this was pretty entertaining and had some useful ideas like letting each person speak uninterrupted for five minutes once a week and bestowing two feel-good remarks to your spouse each day (if I remember correctly).
