Delta ~ the slow part of the brain that tells you to “sleep on it”
Beta ~ the everyday state of alertness & concentration.
Alpha ~ governs visualisation & relaxation, out awareness expands.
Theta ~ where magic happens! It evolutionary as this state governs meditation, memory and intuition. We remember dreams & rediscover our past.
