i'm really cooking with my themed reads this month… without even trying! i was not expecting there to be themes of passing for white in this book, but i'm interested since this time it's a half-asian woman instead of black women. and passing for cis is of course relevant in this book, but in the last book i read there's a character who passes for cis. white supremacy when i get my hands on you—-
