Purchased this book in rebounded hardcover 2nd edition from 1982 on Amazon. Very limited quantities and $$ high priced when trying to retrieve your own physical copy.

Reading this guy makes me think he’s some sort of super intelligent being sent to meddle in the affairs of men. He seems like the main alien guy in Arthur C Clarke Childhoods End.
