Finished chapter 1: meet the brain. So far it’s talked about things I already know. Some interesting stuff I learned about was Homo erectus, the evolution of the way primates thought vs what we think and the real difference is the fact that we’re capable of Hierarchal thinking and communal living. Also that the part of the brain most “Human” is the frontal cortex cuz it allows for those features.

Had higher hopes when I picked it up, but overall, it's still pretty good, I've definitely learned a lot
