World building is a bit slow for my taste, but I like the plot. My biggest problem with this book/series is the FMC. She’s stupid. She keeps making one dumb move after another and it’s up to the men around her to keep bailing her out. I don’t think I have wanted to throat punch a FMC more.

I had to stop mid way through the chapter - insaneeee this book, the plot, the characters. So good 😭
