I wish it didn't turn into 50 Shades of Gray meets Pretty Woman. I feel like the original premise was enough; met up with an escort, likes her, tries out a relationship. Why do we need all this unnecessary drama? Aren't we all adults, here?

I'm sorry, but does the author actually believe this? The writing is laughable; is this fan fiction? I'm not sure I can take this seriously...

Not me editing and revising this book. It needs way more focus: is this about a woman learning to love again? Or some weird thriller encircling abuse and themes of control? IDK why, but it can't be both.
