I just realized why I HATE these types of books, authors, dialogues and writing styles…

There’s an episode in Star Trek TNG, the one where the ship full of dumb ass shit for brains aliens take Geordi as a hostage.. they steal tech from other races bc they’re unwilling to develop and further their own advancements on their own.

These characters/stories are ruined by this shitty writing.
