This one started off slow, but I am really starting to like Jenae and Aubrey. I wonder if Jenae will find a way to talk to her brother about the situation with basketball. I wonder if she will be able to speak up at the class debate.

Saw this in my Audible library. Someone got it, don't know who. Seemed quick and friendly enough.
So far, it's what I would think is the typical middle school book. Loner (Janae) with family issues meets outgoing person (Aubrey) and she learns about herself while making a real friend. I am going to predict that Janae hurts Aubrey at some point but then makes up for it.
