Disappointed that the book seems to be written exclusively about grief related to death of a loved one. Was hoping for more of a wider perspective on grief. Still helpful but not what I was looking for.

This book falls into a category I believe every person would benefit and be impacted for the better if they read it. It is a collection of personal thoughts and experiences from many people what they said, should have said, or helpful and practical steps that helped them walk through a difficult time. I wish I could rate books on a scale of 1-10 instead of 5 stars. This would be a rare 10. Read this book
