Lancelot would have no issue with the trolley problem; he'd pick whichever side has a more beautiful lady on it. Lest you think I am projecting, the text includes when he was stuck between mercy to a knight he defeated or "generosity" for a lady who demands he behead the loser. He knows neither of them btw

I read a story or two a couple years ago. It is good, but somewhat repetitive when read back to back. Adventures are fun but often nonsensical, and the narrative structure is strange, but typical for the genre.
