On page 3 of 74 she writes of veggie stock. I have made veggie stock many, many times and I so love not having to throw away onion peel, carrot skin, etc. I did not realize other veggies could be frozen and added too, such as, mushrooms broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus. So kewl! Can't wait to make some veggie stock this weekend!

I am so thankful I came across this scrolling my feed. One of my friends commented on someone else's review and when I saw KU I was off to check it out. What a gem! It is soup time of year and I will try some of these over the long weekend with MLK being Monday.
