I mean, c’mon. WHY would you knowingly be drinking in a place that has proven to be dangerous and you believed was likely still dangerous? Even if it was to honour his dead bro, use some common damn sense. They really would die fast in horror movies. Also, I wish this was not only multi POV when Brea is getting attacked by zombies or ghosts or whatever. More multi POV all the time!

Okay but…what about the scratches in the basement or Ethan being sick? Or the weird feeling in the bedroom? WHY add this little side story in and not give any closure? 😩 Is this whole series just going to be ghost stories where they’re like, “man we found some fucked up shit. Kay bye!” and then there’s a short “we told them to cleanse it” as the end? That stinks.

I really liked the book. How she wasn't afraid to follow her dreams when no one else encouraged her, how even though she was lonely and sad at times she tries to stay upbeat. I liked how when she met the guys, in particular Lincoln, she wasn't afraid to voice her opinions and re!son true to herself. I can't wait to read the next book!
