This book covers Indian history from 1000 - 1500 AD. Author covers the story only from perspective of Delhi not from any other places in India. He cover Muslim rules in quite detailed but not Hindu rulers. For example Vijaynagar kingdom spawned for 2 centuries but book covers it in just around 15 pages but other Muslim rulers especially Delhi rulers quite details. Book don't mention about iconoclasm.

Completed chapter on Ghori and started on Delhi Sultanate, I felt book is covering more (or as detailed) history around Delhi area and less of other Indian subcontinent (just brushing up in quick succession of large period).
