Status Updates From Prosser, Wade and Schwartz'...

I love it when this book has a random c*nty picture of a judge. Like, J. Cardozo looks like he single-handedly ran Al Capone’s operations the entire time he was at Alcatraz bc the law may stop a man, but time doesn’t let the wicked lie for long.

For such a boring SoL case, J. Henry is so cinematic and dramatic I love it. The only case that came out of the 70s that I haven’t wanted to off myself reading about. Drama queen recognizes drama queen and I am living for the absolute sass he is giving to precedent cases.

Since my last check in, someone has slipped on milk, pizza, and grapes… and the reasoning behind all of them have been different too… what is happening??
