the title is wild but it’s a post-apocalyptic romance so I’m diving right in

Post apocalyptic pirate ship. Women being sold for carnival tickets. Captain that is lowkey desirable as fuck. Hate the cover because it does not reflect the book well at all.

I hate Eugenia. We get it, you're raging against the system, girl. Not saying I wouldn't feel/do the same in her shoes but wow is this woman annoying.

I stayed up wayyyy past my bedtime and work up early to continue to read because I couldn't put this story down.

Giddy as hell to dive into an Addison Cain story again. Her dystopian stories are my catnip!

She's so overly dramatic

Sigh. It shouldn't have taken us 75% to get here to this point. Anyone reading the book knows this is the Good Place, and the FMC is a fool to think otherwise. She deserved this scene

She's still talking about freedom. That's commendable

I should hate the FMC but for some reason I don't. I almost did when she destroyed that candle and lip balm. I almost did when Wyatt was killed because of her. I'm not even mad the MMC entertains other women 🤷🏾‍♀️

I have a sinking feeling this book isn't in dual pov and that's a shame. Strong opening but I need more than the fmc speaking in 3rd.
