Status Updates From The Council of Animals

I'm not really a fan of allegory but I chose this out of curiosity, to see where the symbolism would take me. So far, I feel like it's trying too hard to be clever and it's not fully landing. The premise has value but allegory can tend to become too wrapped up in its presentation, making the message secondary.
