الكتاب لايزال مربك حين أحاول استيعاب وجهة نظر الفقهاء حسب عصرهم وكيف امتدت أحكامهم لأزمان تختلف عن الزمن الذي قُرر فيه حكم شرعي معين، حتى نوعية الإشكالات الفقهية المرتبطة بعصرهم،ولها مبرراتها وأحاول تفهمها ربما لكن كيف يمكن أن تستمر أحكام معينة حتى مع اختلاف الأزمنة.
