Status Updates From Rinha de Galos

This book leaves me disgusted with humanity. I'm in shock about what occurs when there is a lack of supervision, but I'm even more disturbed by the fact that violence can occur with supervision... it's so tragic.

This book is a very hard read. (I'm reading it in Spanish and in English.) The amount of abuse that exists and is committed by people who are familiar with one another is abhorrent. It almost appears like familiarity breeds violence...
