I think I have lost my interest in it.

Yeah status update, still stuck at 83% 🤣 it’s a good plot but once you get to the 50-75% point I feel like the story loses its momentum. I’ll probably finish eventually but for now other variations have caught my eye (psst, go read Elizabeth Adam’s new book “How to fall in love with a man you thought you hated”. I pinky promise you won’t regret it.)

Don’t get me wrong, I love this book. The premise is so unique, which is is SO hard to find in the P&P variation world. I will say one thing. Once you get to the 40-60% mark it slows down. It’s still good, I’m still reading it, but the compelling urge that “I have to finish this!” isn’t there anymore.
