I love that this book gives examples of concrete actions we can take to address specific issues, and that it’s so politically explicit, it’s exactly what I was looking for!!! I loved the introduction right away, and now I’m diving into each contribution and I appreciate the variety of perspectives and levels of political consciousness, even the more frustrating ones - for I need to do the same with my students.
