There is so much time-wasting & money-sucking advice here.

I think some of this "watch the competitors" stuff is very very bad.
Oprah said to put the blinders on and run your own race. And she became the richest, most-watched daytime talk show host!

Keeping an eye on other 'like' businesses is a mental drain and waste of time. Don't do it.
