Status Updates From 5 Killer Habits: Be a Rebel

I just read the 1st chapter of the book, and OH MY GOD
I feel motivated, really really motivated

"People who volunteer are always positive and they have a zero chance of depression..." It's lines like this that make me wish this were a print book so I could throw it. This book is really very insulting

Again the author says something that pisses me off. This time equating physical fitness with intelligence. "It doesn’t matter if you wear the most expensive T-shirt on an untoned upper. It makes you look dumb. The cheapest clothing on a well-toned body always stands out." You can dress well on an overweight body. And f**k you for saying fat bodies look dumb.  I hate this book and am only reading out of spite now.

I'm getting really tired of his shit. 21 pages on how important it is to get up early. He needs to stop this soon. I got up early 2 days a week. Maybe I should write about how important it is to run a 28-hour day and how anyone who doesn't is missing out. Morning people piss me off.
