In the final chapter Paul speaks against false teachers and the love of money.

In the fifth chapter Paul teaches how to honor each one in the congregation.

In the forth chapter Paul reminds Timothy that there will be teachers of false doctrine such as people who will tell them they should not eat meat, but it is from God so every thing is blessed with thanksgiving.

In the third chapter Paul teaches how the Bishops and Deacons must conduct themselves in the Church as well as their wives.

In the second chapter Paul exhorts Timothy to pray for all men so that they may be saved. Paul also tells the wives not to adorn themselves but to have an obediant spirit and subject themselves to their husbands.

In the first Paul writes to his son in the faith, Timothy to keep preaching the Gospel. He tells Timothy to be long suffering for the sake of Christ. Also that the law is not for the righteous, but for the wicked.

“This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare; holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:”
