Status Updates From Radio Static

DNF. Had this in my Kindle wish list for over a year, because it seemed interesting but never thrilling. I finally bought it with one credit and I wish I hadn’t. The spice was just OK but not very romantic, the mystery was not very compelling, and the first half of the book just seemed slow and boring. I have better things to do so I won’t finish it.

I am about to find out who the real killer is and it's making my anxiety spike up. Honestly, I thought I'd see the killer miles away since it's a cutesy, relaxing remote romance at the cabin in the middle of nowhere with a sideplot of murder mystery. Boy, how utterly wrong I was! Biting my nail at the edge of my seat thrill this is.

Already giggling and kicking my feet. Mercy and Nova are adorable. The setting is amazing. Teenagers are acting like actual teenagers. Mercy's pain over his daughter's choice of clothes is so real and had me rolling on the floor. Can't wait to see how Nova and Mercy parenting bond turns into something more. Seriously, I have a strong feeling this one is gonna be a 5 star read. Fingers crossed!

Um thriller bem na média. Já sei que thriller não é muito pra mim há muito tempo, por isso consumo bem de vez em quando. Agora to achando que thriller com romance também não é uma coisa que eu curta. #livro83 #dezembro

Mais um livro que eu peguei pra ler no impulso. Foi meio qualquer coisa também, não sei como definir. Não há nada de ruim nele. O romance progrediu ok, mas não me engajou muito. O mistérios teve um twist no final que realmente me surpreendeu, mas não foi uma coisa que me deixou super pilhada querendo ler.
