genuinely going stir crazy knowing there’s a side story at the end about wen xiaohui’s best friend but not knowing who his bsf’s love interest is 💔 otherwise!! loving this so far

I have to praise this author again for these anxiety inducing chapters... The entire novel has made me feel as if something was at the corner to give me a jumpscare.

Anyway, finally some peace (for now). It's great to see characters from the same universe but different books interact through other's eyes. Li Chengxiu is here now and that just means peace wil be over soon. I feel terrible for him.
