Status Updates From Tender Wings of Desire

is it bad i want her to fall in love with liam instead?

not her falling in love w mister kfc

I admit I've started skimming because...well, it should be obvious. It's fine. I'm not a huge fan of romance to begin with but this is just as silly (in a good way) as I expected.

Hilarious romance novella. Finally reading it after buying it years ago on a lark when KFC made it briefly available.

I think I've been bamboozled? I'm on chapter 5 of 9 and have yet to even hear Colonel Sanders MENTIONED??

why is it not terrible?!???

Life is busy again or I would probably read this faster. It's fine. It's a pretty basic Regency romance. It has an insta-love element which isn't really my thing. But the fact that the hero is supposed to be the KFC Colonel is cracking me up. I mean, lord the images this paints in my head. I am about to roll off the couch giggling. No mention of the chicken yet.

I love how this is actually a regency romance despite the cover showing a modern lady lol

I rarely can resist a good strange piece of American pop culture!

This book is so ridiculous 😂

Eep. My friend's 11-year-old daughter produces better stories. But I shall persevere.

This KFC Marketing Department product is bonkers. Our heroine is constantly beset by stomach woes. Subtext warning the reader what awaits them if they eat the whole bucket?
