“Just one more page” has been my mantra since I started this book 4 hours ago and I am almost done with it. A fast read but something I really needed.

This is my Twin Read for June, a book we both had on our TBR. Usual tropes, family issues leads to fake dating and presumably real dating eventually
Obviously dead mum trumps divorced dad. Is Abbi going to get the dad back on the straight and narrow with a good talking to? Show him the error of his ways and make her the heroine of the story. Seems like it and Weston will love her for mending his family. Happy Days.

So I'm definitely digging this book, their chemistry is great, but I can't relate to everyone being so hard on his dad! I'd be mad too if my family was just going along with my wife and mother of my children leaving me for my brother! Where is the outrage at that? Why is this all getting put on the dad? 2 years is NOT that long considering he had to have been with her for 20+ years. The mom should be ashamed.
