Status Updates From The Dove in the Belly

One thing I am enjoying about this is how simply it is written. It's very effective and every word seems very intentional. I am having a hard time connecting to the characters but i dont think these things are connected.

Idk about the pacing. The writing is like a culmination of bullet points "and then he," over and over (I don't mean this literally btw) everything feels so abrupt? The characters introduced have zero presence and I don't feel connected to Ronny or even a little bit intrigued by Ben. I will continue though this might change it's still pretty early
