This was such a satisfying read! Beyond the intensity of two closeted guys being young, stupid and obsessed about each other, the side plots touching on toxic masculinity, illness, aging and mortality make the book feel so much more layered and help it steer clear of the obvious. And my god, the yearning!!! Exactly my kind of love story, would love to see this one become a tv show
