I’ve let a few days last and I think I may have to come back to this book later. I honestly can’t get over how the hero’s can be redeemed. I am typically not one who cares and needs nice hero’s but there is literally no chemistry between any of them in top of everything

there’s not a lot of emotional connection that I’m feeling between the characters. It’s a very disjointed experience so unsure if I will finish as of now this is a solid 3 or 2 3/4 stars. unsure how these heroes can be redeemed because as of now there is absolutely nothing short of that they were mind controlled That can explain this. Absolutely nothing that she did or should’ve caused this response.

OK, I have read some dark books with a lot of but this is one of the first ones that they truly make me feel very uncomfortable. I’m sure how these heroes are going to be redeemable because even in other books where it does start off with non-con, it’s not , it’s not straight up noncon and her saying no like this…… in other books, they might make her kiss them or oral, but this felt very violating

Okay, there is so much build up and backstory before they even meet officially. Like a whole lot of
Filler. I’m trying to figure out what type of conflict can occur that will make them hate her for this to be. Enemies to lovers trope. Idk…not really 100% sold on the chemistry of the characters

No way in hell she didn’t even question the fact that her new stepfather has three sons

the heroines personality is literally: shy 🙄
