yea its going to be a no for me on this one. its been so long since i picked this up, i barely remember whats going on and have completely lost interest.

You’ve got to be f’ing kidding me. It literally just ends with them making up and him getting news that his brother is getting out. This would have been okay if there was a book 2 but THERE’S NOT!!! Oh my gahwd this book was great up until the 80% mark. Then things just started to fly off the rails. This went from a 4 down to a 3. Ugh.

Oh my gahwd no! This book has managed to piss me all the way off. F**k Chief! If I were Gianna I would leave his ass. Ugh. He acted an ass and now he wants to talk about loving her. 🙄

Naw, screw Chief. He seriously just went down a whole ten pegs in my book. First he don’t care enough to check on her after she got KO’d, now he’s not speaking up to defend her when his ex starts insulting her!!!

I get that his daughter is missing and all, but he’s not giving a single care for the fact that Gianna was punched in the face by her brother.

Damn her brother is horrible. I kinda hope he dies.

Is it wrong that I kinda want her to pursue something with Agent Martinez?

I really like this book besides the whole storyline with her lying ass child predator brother!

I really really REALLY pray that this little girl does not have sex with this child predator.

Another thing I dislike is the whole small world effect going on. Why is every interaction with someone an interaction with a person that knows or is connected to someone else.

I really don’t like her brother.

Okay, this book is kinda annoying me. For one I don’t like this To Catch A Predator storyline that’s developing and two I hate how big conclusions are drawn without any sort of explanation. Like how did he just magically know his ex was pregnant? And why did he just jump to the conclusion that Gianna was being insecure when she found the old family picture with his ex in his pocket?

Eww. I don’t like this plot line of Gianna’s TWENTY FIVE year old brother possibly hooking up with Chief’s 16 year old daughter.

Okay this doesn’t make sense. You can’t drive a car by yourself when you only have a permit.

Hmm… is Gianna’s brother the friend of Baby’s they were talking about?

Ugh, noooooooo! I don’t want to read the daughter’s perspective. I thought this was going to be a regular dual perspective book.

Not liking the fat shaming of this bank manager.

I wonder if Baby is gonna end up betraying them.
