Bluebelle-the-Inquisitive (Catherine) is 44% done

I've been trying to figure out what this reminds me of and I only just figured it out.
Did anyone watch the Thai drama Manner of Death? It feels a bit like that. There are mysteries to be answered. A relationship with some tension (kinda) to figure out, but Kerrick and Varuna's relationship feels somewhat secondary.
Honestly, it's pleasant to read. Especially given the trope they work on.
